Formula
Step 1 – Base Time:
Base Time (hrs) = Square Footage × Base Rate (hrs/sq ft)
Step 2 – Frequency Adjustment:
Adjusted Time = Base Time × Frequency Factor

Step 3 – Add Restroom & Floor Time:
Restroom Time = Number of Restrooms × 0.333 hrs (20 min each)
Floor Penalty = (Floors − 1) × 0.083 hrs (5 min per floor transition)
Total Solo Time = Adjusted Time + Restroom Time + Floor Penalty
Step 4 – Crew Adjustment:
Crew Efficiency = max(0.60, 1 − 0.10 × (Crew − 1))
Elapsed Time = Total Solo Time ÷ (Crew Size × Crew Efficiency)
Step 5 – Cost Estimate:
Cost Per Visit = Elapsed Time × Crew Size × $18/hr
